The Executive Women of Command is a network and platform for executive women who want to continue to excel in their careers, entrepreneurship or have a hybrid professional model that encompasses both career and entrepreneur execution simultaneously.  Throughout this journey, you will discover insights into leadership and management competencies that will enlighten and compliment your professional journey making you an unstoppable force within your industry.  

This program was organically designed by Tanjia Coleman, PhD, a leadership researcher, faculty, entrepreneur, author, board member and corporate executive. Upon completion of this program The Executive Women of Command will embody the tools necessary to continue to manifest impact in both their personal and professional lives through interpersonal awareness, diversity, leadership, executive coaching and career development.
